A. Public Procurement Contracts
  • Construction of the Acheloos Diversion River Tunnel to Thessaly.
  • Athens Waste Processing Center in Psyttaleia Project of the Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company – EYDAP SA).
  • Reception, Transport and Utilization of the Dried Product of the Psyttaleia Wastewater Treatment Center.
  • Extension of the landing/takeoff runway of the Thessaloniki State Airport “Makedonia”.
  • The Attiki Odos motorway (concession contract).
  • Construction of the Headquarters Building of the Greek Embassy and Embassy Residence in Berlin.
  • Construction of the National Museum of Contemporary Art.
  • Construction of the Chios Mastic Museum.
  • Construction of the Section of the Larissa-Trikala National Road from location 37+000 up to the Megalochori detour (location 197, 50) and the lateral and crossing rural roads.
  • Construction works on sections of the Tripoli – Astros, road axis.
  • Design, financing, construction, maintenance, technical management and operation of a Waste Treatment Unit in the Integrated Waste Management Installment Northeastern Attica, Western Attica, and Southeastern Attica via Public Private Partnerships (PPPs).
  • Implementation of waste management facilities in the Region of Epirus (PPP).
  • Facilities for treatment of urban solid waste disposal of the Municipality of Achaia (PPP).
  • Construction of the Waste Disposal Treatment Plant (MEA) for the Municipality of Alexandroupoli-East Macedonia and the Region of Thrace (PPP).
  • Collection, conveyance, treatment, and disposal of wastewater for the areas of Koropi –Paiania.
  • Sewerage of the Municipality of Epanomi.
  • Construction of the Central Sewage Pipes of Coastal Settlements from the Municipality of Erineou to the Municipality of Aegeira.
  • Study, construction of building – IT works and the Supply – Installation of Medical Technological and Hotel Equipment for Lefkada General Hospital.
  • Construction of the remaining infrastructure, signaling, telecommunication and electrical engineering work for the tunnel facilities of the new railway line Kiato-Rododafni.
  • Construction of the passengers’ buildings, platform and landscaping of the N. Peramos Railroad Station (RS) – Megara RS – Kineta RS – Ag. Theodoron RS – and Kiato RS (Α.Δ. 170) ERGOSE.
  • Renovation of the Track Infrastructure of the Athens Piraeus Electric Railways (ISAP) and reinforcement of the tunnel from Omonoia to Monastiraki.
  • Construction of the Peiros-Parapeiros Dam in Patras.
  • Construction of the Setta Manikia Dam in Euboea.
  • Works for the restoration of 76 ΧΑΔΑ (Areas of Uncontrolled Waste Disposal).
  • Garbage Pre-processing Unit from the Waste Management Association of Crete.
  • Sanitary Landfills Waste Site (HYTA) at OEDA of East Attica at the location “Bragoni” in Keratea-Lavreotiki.
  • Desalination and Water Sanitation Systems for the islands of Mykonos, Naxos, Kythira, Fournoi and Kastelorizo.
  • Filing with RAE (Hellenic Regulatory Authority for Energy) for the granting of Renewable Energy Resources Permits.
B. Private Works and Contracts
  • Legal support to the Hellenic Railways Organization (OSE) before the National courts with respect to Program Contracts for the provision of rolling stock.
  • Hellas-Sat Satellite construction project
  • The Latseio Center for Burns at the Thriassio Field.
  • Complex of four star (4*) furnished apartments in Crete.

C. Competition Law, State Aid & Liberalization of Markets- Environmental Law
  • Petition for Recovery in accordance with decision (EU) 2020/394 of October 7, 2019, of State Aid granted in 2007 following the decision of the Greek Minister of Economy and Finance for the purpose of providing support to businesses that were established and operated in the fire-affected areas.
  • Abuse of market power, tariffing policy and commercial offers of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A., market analysis under competition law, petitions before the Administrative Appellate Court and Petitions for Annulment before the Council of State.
  • Hellenic Telecommunications Organization legal advice regarding State Aid matters.
  • Litigation of note-worthy cases on behalf of the Hellenic Telecommunications Organization versus telecommunications providers before the Athens Multimember Court of First Instance.
  • Drafting of the Regulation of hearings for the National Railway Regulatory Authority.
  • Drafting of the Regulation of Internal Operation and Management for the Railway Regulatory Authority (R.A.S.).
  • Acting as advisors to the Greek Government.
  • Sanitary Landfills Waste Sites (HYTA) of Lefkimis and Temploniou in Corfu.
  • The infrastructure development and improvement of the new Paros airport.
D. Competition Law, State Aid & Liberalization of Markets- Environmental Law
  • The legal due diligence of the submitted urban development project files pre-selected for funding under the implementation of the JESSICA financial tool in accordance with the terms of the May 2012 Calls for Expression of Interest of the Urban Development Funds (TAA) of Central Macedonia and Thessaly.
  • The legal due diligence for Bank’s real estate properties.
